Service Description

2 Hour Design Consultation - This is an in person design consultation up to 2 hours @ $550 (up to three spaces)*. Any additional consultation time after the 2 hours have expired is subject to an additional $150 per hour for each additional hour after the initial 2 hours. During this consultation we will discover [but not limited to] the following: 1. We get to know you and discover your needs and goals. 2. Review your style quiz [taken online prior to the consultation]. 3. Discover how you plan on using the spaces or areas of concern. 4. If you are planning to keep any furniture or acquire new items. 5. Hudson Environments design offerings. 6. Walk/tour the areas of concern for the project. 7.Take measurements. 8.The budget. 9. Discuss next steps. Please note the list above are typical topics discussed at a consultation, however each consult is unique and conversations will and can vary. After the consultation, we return to the office and devise a plan that will include: a copy of notes, photos, sketches, etc. captured during the consultation. [There is no finalized design work, materials or furniture selections during this meeting. In addition there is no re-arranging of furnishing and/or accessories, during this meeting. This consultation is strictly a time for discovery.] *The consultation fee($550) includes up to three spaces. Any additional spaces beyond the three will be charged at $185 per additional space.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and “No Shows” of: consultations, appointments, meetings and site visits by client are subject to a $50 late cancellation/no show fee. If client must cancel, client will notify Hudson Environments no later than 2 [two] hours before scheduled appointment time. Consultation bookings cannot be refunded, however they can be rescheduled.
